1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Final sale items, clearance products, gift cards, and personal-use items (e.g., opened toys that cannot be resold for safety reasons) are non-returnable unless defective.

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide either a full refund (in USD) or an exchange.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To ensure a smooth process, please:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

  3. Our customer care team will guide you through the return process and provide return instructions.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

  • If you prefer an exchange, we are happy to arrange it once your return is approved.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will cover return shipping costs.

  • You may choose a full refund or replacement.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
