4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
Modylix takes care in packing all orders, but we are not responsible for damage or loss during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and retain all original packaging and documentation.
